Giselle Mota is a Principal Consultant on the Future of Work at ADP. She assists executives and HR practitioners of global and enterprise-level organizations with innovative human capital management strategies and technologies amidst digital disruption such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and several future of work areas. Before joining ADP, Giselle worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and led a Learning and Development AI-based consulting practice.
Her background includes consulting and learning and development at the corporate and collegiate levels. Speaking at events such as TEDx, PluralSight Live, DisruptHR, the MIT campus, SHRM, HackingHR, and several HR/Tech conferences and events, Giselle always bringing relevance, simplicity, and humanity to future of work topics that can often seem abstract and complex.
One of the many ways she gives back to the community is by facilitating the Accelerated Latinx program for the City of Houston, providing MBA level training to CEO’s of underserved communities. With a Master’s in Business with a focus on organizational design and change management and Bachelor’s in Business Management & Marketing, Giselle enjoys contributing with strategic impact, innovation, and impact organizational and individual success.
