Ralph G. Moore has fought for economic justice for over 50 years. In 1968, he marched with Jesse Jackson and began his work in minority business development after leaving Arthur Andersen & Co. to become VP of a Chicago-Based MESBIC in 1974. While there, he worked with Congressman Parren Mitchell (D-MD) and Reginald L. Lewis which inspired him to start RGMA in 1979.
For 24 years Ralph was the NMSDC lead trainer and created the RGMA Five Levels of Supplier Diversity, the leading tool for benchmarking supplier diversity initiatives. Clients have included Major League Baseball, Walmart, Chicago United, McDonald’s and United Airlines.
Ralph Moore has received numerous awards during his distinguished career including the NMSDC Leadership Award in 2010.
